Experience
This page describes several recent projects that illustrate the range of support we provide to customers.
System Administration
For an agency within the Department of Defense, we provide UNIX system administration
support for more than 100 operating system images spread between a primary
and an alternate data center. Our onsite teams provide support for these
mission-critical servers across two shifts per day and respond to urgent
requirements on a 24x7 basis.
Network Support
For a large Federal agency, we support the networking equipment in several
large data centers, including the core switches and routers, as well as
external connections to business partners and the public internet. We are
also responsible for network security equipment, including the firewalls,
VPNs and intrusion detection devices.
Information Assurance
For a large Federal government agency, we have provided technical staff
to support their information assurance needs, including intrusion detection,
vulnerability assessment, and certification and accreditation.
System Programming
For a large Federal agency, we provide the mainframe systems programming
team responsible for installation and support of z/OS®, CICS®, DB2®
and all related products. Our team works remotely and manages the z/OS images
at the primary and backup data centers.
System Integration
We are providing system integration services for a large Federal agency
to help them meet the aggressive schedules for compliance with Homeland
Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12). This project will result in
the issuance of smart card personnel badges and calls upon our skills in:
system architecture, planning, programming, documentation, training, technical
support and user help.
Solution Offerings
For a national trade association, we have developed and delivered a comprehensive
information assurance solution for their members. This program provides
an integrated collection of more than 15 different services including vulnerability
scanning, consulting, incident response, onsite security assessment, and
other features.
