Jacob & Sundstrom, Inc. was founded in 1981 with the mission of providing system programming and system administration support for enterprise computing systems. In 2009, Jacob & Sundstrom, Inc., joined with ICF International, a global management, technology, and consulting firm, to expand our IT services and solutions. Today, ICF Jacob & Sundstrom offers a range of technical support and system administration services on UNIX®, Windows®, and z/OS® platforms.

Federal customers can use Jacob & Sundstrom's GSA
Schedule 70 Contract, number GS-35F-4997G. This contract offers IT professionals
in several general categories including Project and Task Management,
Systems Engineering, Computer Security, Database Administration, and
Network Engineering. Under current Federal SBA size standards, ICF Jacob & Sundstrom
qualifies as a Small Business in all of the NAICS categories where it
provides services.
Within Maryland, state and local government customers can use Jacob & Sundstrom's Consulting and Technical Services (CATS) contract. Under this vehicle, ICF Jacob & Sundstrom offers over 90 labor categories in six Functional Areas (FA), including FA 6, "Systems/Facilities Management And Maintenance," and FA 7, "Information System Security."
