  • Eligibile employees may contribute pre-tax dollars to the 401k plan with a company matching contribution of a maximum 4 percent

TIME AWAY


Paid Time off
  • 10 paid holidays (9 standard holidays and one floating holiday)
  • Vacation time for employees with less than 5 years of service time is accured at 2 hours per week / 13 days per year
  • Vacation time for employees with 5 to 9 years of service time is accrued at 2.46 hours per week / 16 days per year
  • Vacation time for employees with 10 or more years of service time is accrued at 3.08 hours per week / 20 days per year
  • Sick leave up to 10 days per year accured at 1.54 hours per week
